While our initial survey of Fulcrum Group’s needs led us to recommend one project management tool, leadership had a different platform they wanted to try. We set this up, discussing the ideal usage process and best practices to ensure leadership’s vision and strategy were met. After an initial trial period using the tool of their choice, our client asked us to implement the solution we had originally proposed.

Lift Group guided the purchase and procurement process, then led the implementation effort and trained our client’s staff on how to use the tool. We were thrilled to get full adoption from Fulcrum Group, with executive leadership gaining their desired visibility over projects and the rest of the team collaborating more effectively. As a result of this success, they brought us in for fractional operations support in a push for more efficiency and productivity.
